My Yoga Classes
The classes usually are focused around the breath, guiding the movements with the inhales and exhales.
My main cue is to listen to the body and get to know it a little bit better with every class.

My classes are suitable for very beginners with no flexibility at all or more advanced yogis who would like to go back to the basics and slow down a bit.
Generally speaking, the practice should be pain-free – a gentle stretchy discomfort is more than OK, but if during some movements the body screams PAIN, just move back to a previous stage and ease it down. We're not here to hurt ourselves and/or cause injury. There's no pressure to push yourself over your limits!
Take as many breaks as you need , be gentle with yourself and listen to your body!

Private Classes
The biggest advantage of the Private Class that it's fully tailored for your needs, in the privacy of your own home.
I'm happy to come to your home if you live in Mill Hill, North London, or around, or guide you the session ONLINE via Zoom.
(At the current situation in-person classes are cancelled, as long as London moves back to Tier 1. Thanks for your understanding!)

Private Classes are subject to my availability.

If you would like to organise a Private Class, please, drop me an email with a little introduction about your needs and availability.
