Why Yoga?
Yoga has been part of my life for the last couple of years. The practice helped me to grow stronger and more flexible physically, mentally and emotionally.
I honestly believe that through regular yoga practice we can find ways to become better persons, whatever that means for us: being healthier, fitter, kinder, more patient, less stressful, more honest or just simply finding an hour to spend with and for ourselves.
Yoga can be beneficial to everyone, no matter your age, gender, flexibility or fitness level.
And I also believe if every single person did yoga, the world would be a much more beautiful place.
About me
My name is Eszter, I'm a qualified 200hr Vinyasa Flow Yoga teacher, amateur writer,
eco-warrior, book-lover, occasional runner, former teacher, ex-dancer based in
North-West London... And a born Gemini!
I seriously love to play around, try new things and find comfort in the well-known, constantly learn and share my discoveries, question everything and walk on the fine edge of life.
I have a serious mission:
"Let yoga belong to Everyone!"
My Classes
I teach Vinyasa Flow classes where we link the movements with the breath.
I encourage my students to listen to their bodies and learn to feel their limits and be kind with themselves.
All the classes are different but one of the main principle is to experience the joy of movements, learn to move with control and ease and to be in the present moment, even just for a short time.
My yoga classes are suitable for all level.
Everybody is flexible and strong enough to do yoga! Even if you can't touch your toes...
